Shipping

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Orders are shipped 3 times a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday). However, we are not always able to meet this, sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
The prices stated on the website do not include shipping costs.
We only ship orders within the Netherlands and to Belgium.

Shipping costs for the Netherlands are:

€6.95 for orders up to €100 (shipping to home address)
€6.45 for orders up to €100 (shipping to DHL pick-up point)*

Free shipping for orders over €100
Free pick-up at the fairs where we are present (see the 'fairs' section on the website)

Shipping costs for Belgium are:

€11.95 for orders shipped to home address
€10.95 for orders shipped to DHL pick-up point*

Free pick-up at the fairs where we are present (see the 'fairs' section on the website)

*Shipping takes place to the nearest DHL pick-up point to your home address. If you would like a different pick-up point, you can indicate this in the notes during the ordering process.

Delivery is handled by DHL parcel service. Generally, delivery will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the next working day after dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
